6 reviews for Sugar – What’s In Your Food

  1. McKenzie Jarman, American Naturopathic Medical Certification Board (ANMCB)

This helped open my eyes to how much sugar is in my food. It was nice seeing numbers/amounts attached to the information. It helped reinforce the need to watch food labels to cut back on sugar consumption. I will continue to monitor what I eat and limit processed foods. I will help teach others the effect sugar has on each of us as an individual and a society as a whole.

  2. Mahbub Rahman Certified BCRPA Professional

Harmful effects of sugar. Advise to cut sugar.

  3. Kelly Hoppmann American Fitness Professionals and Associates (AFPA)

More knowledge on fueling the body with good things and eliminating the not so great things. How will apply the content of this continuing education course to my work by educating others

  4. Lori Pini ACE Certified Professional

Yes, tons of great information!! Share sugar content in common foods and drinks. Obesity, high blood pressure, heart disease, and type 2 diabetes can all be helped by just monitoring our sugar intake!!

  5. Kimberly Jackson, AFPA Certified Professional

Greater understanding of the role of sugar. Discussing nutrition with clients.

  6. Keith Matthews, Cooper Certified Professional

These classes are well organized, have an abundant amount of information and have great links to other reference materials. This course reinforces my statements when I tell clients to monitor their consumption of sugar and that high fructose corn syrup has replaced sugar in food and it’s much worse than sugar. Also, I strongly suggest they my clients read food labels and take notes on how much trans-fats are in the food and snacks they eat. I will insist that my clients record the fats on the food labels when they go grocery shopping
