I like the course. All in all I found it very interesting. I am a personal trainer, so adding a little time at the end and guiding the client through working out his or her own trigger points will greatly add to their wellbeing. I really liked it.

Excellent review of information I have used in my practice for the last 30 years. The “Workbook” was excellent and I will use that as a reference for a life time. Excellent slides and explanation of muscles, trigger points and stretches to explain and demonstrate therapy to patients. I have been using this therapy for 30 years. This course gives me the tools to thoroughly explain the causes of pain and referral areas and demonstrate the techniques the patient can use at home to prevent, alleviate and manage their pain. The course is very well thought out and as a visual learner, I was easily able to grasp the ideas and apply them in a timely fashion.

I have gained greater insight on muscles and trigger points and how to effectively treat them. I will be better apt to help my clients in assessing and self-treating their own trigger points. I will also be able to bring awareness to my own trigger points and how to accurately treat myself

More knowledge about an often overlooked source of patient’s pain and how to empower them to treat it on their time. Can use the tools learned in the natural evaluation of a patient and present them with that information at a review of findings, also can help them with the identification of some points to work on at home away from the office.

Eric Muchowski, Doctor of Chiropractic –
So most significant thing is just helping incorporate more of the concepts, ideas, techniques into what I am already doing. Helping develop and advance the work I have already been doing. Adding and changing a few things up to keep it new and hopefully more exciting to those that have been with me for a while. Also keeps me from getting into a dull predictable routine.
