Informative course. I have studied enzymes before taking this course and was concerned that I would be covering what I already knew, but I was pleasantly surprised at how much more material was covered. It was organized and presented well. I thoroughly enjoyed the Holistic Enzymes and Sports Nutrition Specialist course. I gained a great depth of knowledge of the vast arrays of enzymes our bodies need to function, maintain health and wellness and fight illness/disease. I work with clients developing programs that include physical fitness and nutrition. I will strongly educate and recommend my clients add enzyme supplements to their daily vitamin regimen.

I have gained knowledge of how enzymes can protect you from diseases and make your body a better running machine. Valuable dietary knowledge. Great information. I am currently not working but I will share it with family and friends. I have already added enzymes to my diet.

I do like how you’ve stressed in the material that we as trainers aren’t certified nutritionists and should not be prescribing these potentially helpful enzymes. Our job is to educate! Although, after completion of this course, you will be very versed in the subject(s) presented with the amount of information you learn. A huge opportunity to educate your clients as a certified trainer, and spread your knowledge to friends and/or family as well. Along with applying what you’ve learned to your health and wellness! By gaining this knowledge base about enzymes and how they can improve your overall health, nutrition, and lifestyle. Even be able to reverse/improve some major health issues you, clients, family or friends might have with this knowledge.

I gained a better understanding of how to increase speed & agility for my clients. I will incorporate agility and speed drills with my workouts for my clients to better increase performance. There is a wealth of information in these courses, but perhaps narrowing down the essentials would be helpful in the future.

I learned how to better communicate with clients using both verbal and visual cueing during each training session. I will using verbal cueing with clients who are more verbal learners and I will use more visual cueing with clients who are more visual learners.
