In addition to adding using the Flexibility and Stretching drills to my workouts every day, I will share them with PT clients and members of my club on a regular basis! I learned multiple new Flexibility and Stretching techniques that I’ve now added to my daily workout sessions. The G-Ball and Stretching Strap are now daily tools! Without question I will personally use the drills learned throughout this course. I will also share what I learned to help others (clients & members at my club) get to a healthier place as well! A step by step balance program that is easy to follow. I work with tennis player, golfers, and elderly population so I will continue to use balance programs and exercises as a key part of training for all my clients. I found the visuals used for each chapter extremely helpful. They made understanding each exercise crystal clear and I will refer back to them. I found the information on balance training extremely helpful. I enjoyed adding to my training knowledge with this course

This course helped support my current knowledge in the area of plyometric exercise and gave more depth into various areas. Giving resources to back up what I do and why as well as expanding what I do in both breadth and depth of exercises / activities. The material will help me train both kids and adults of all ability levels and help expectations of what to expect in both ability to perform and advance through plyometric training. I will use both the general concepts as well as specific exercises and plans to push my students training to higher levels whether beginners or advanced practitioners. It also helped to give ideas to train various levels together but vary the individual intensity and difficulty so all are able to perform and benefit from the exercise and feel as though they are able to accomplish what is being asked.
