I gained an understanding of the nutrients within an avocado and how these nutrients benefit our overall wellness and can support a healthy lifestyle. I love that I can further provide information about ingredients specifically avocados and why and how to incorporate them into one’s lifestyle. It provided a lot of great information regarding the nutrients and fat content of avocados.
The course was easy to follow and flowed together well. The learning workbook was a useful guide in retaining the information within the lessons.
