I have learned that the knee is a very complex joint. I have had experience with arthritis, ACL reconstruction and meniscus tear along with physical therapy so I found these sections particularly informative and helpful. The book really stressed the negative effects of overuse and overtraining and the resulting injuries. I would stress the negative impact of overtraining and the importance of taking rest periods.
