Can I download the materials for the GMP Fitness Courses?
Some of the materials/content for the Courses/Certifications you can download, while others you will need to view online (within the browser).

Once your payment is processed you will be given access to the Course you purchased and instructions will be given on how to view and/or download the materials. If a course folder is not available for download email info@gmpfitness.com.

Do I need to install software?
You don’t need to install anything on your computer. You will need a computer with speakers (if there is video), internet access, and a web browser equivalent or better to Internet Explorer 7 with Flash player 7 or higher. You also need a free copy of the PDF reader to view the certificate.

As you know health/exercise advice is frequently susceptible to updating and improving due to medical investigations and advancements. Are there prerequisites to take the courses?
here is just one prerequisite to qualify for any of the GMP Fitness® Courses: you need to be a high school junior (homeschooling similar time frame). Keep in mind that these courses are for career and workplace readiness, hard and soft skill building, and professional and personal growth that can be applied to various professions.

What are the enrollment Instructions and procedures for all GMP Fitness Courses?
The enrollment/Instructions and procedures for all GMP Fitness Courses are below.

If you don’t already have an “ACCOUNT”, please sign up for a new user account. To do this click on the “REGISTER” tab at the top of any page on www.gmpfitness.com and from the menu that drops down click “sign up.”

If you already have an “ACCOUNT” from this same menu that drops down click “login.”

• Once you are logged in find the course you want to take.
• Then click on the option of the course you want to take.
• Then click the purchase button.
• Then pay using the secure payment gateway system.
• Once the payment is processed you will receive a receipt as a confirmation of your course purchase.

ONLINE COURSE /  ONLINE/HYBRID COURSE PURCHASE INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1. After purchasing a GMP Fitness® Course you will either have access online to the Course content or the Course materials will be shipped to you.

Note: With Online/Hybrid Courses a book will be shipped to you.

Step 2. Review all Course content. A lesson plan is provided online and/or in your Course Materials.

Step 3. Complete the online pre-exam questionnaire. Instructions are provided online.

Step 4. Take the online final exam. Instructions are provided online.

Step 5. To qualify for your CEC/CEU Certificate (PDF Format) and/or a Certification Certificate you must score 80% or more on the final exam.

Step 6. You will receive an electronic version of your course Certificate which can be downloaded and printed for your records and redeemed for CECs.

Step 7. The number of credits and possibly the provider number can be found on your course Certificate and then submitted to your certification company with the paperwork that they require for certification renewal (Note: some certification companies do not require a provider number).

Different options to access the course
There are 3 different options to access the training you need. Distance learners should consider their learning styles. This will make your learning experience more enjoyable.

1. Online Courses
Our online (distance) education courses are part on the GMP Fitness® course management platform that is attainable from the Internet. All learning content, lessons, activities, exams, and resources available are Web-based.

All content is 100% online and can be viewed on your computer, smartphone, or tablet, but for the best experience, we recommend either using a computer or a tablet. An online lesson plan will walk you through the steps to take the Course. See each course page for complete details about each course.

For all other courses, you can download the PDFs to view the material offline. Then you would complete the online pre-exam questionnaire and then take the online final exam.

2. Online Hybrid Course
Online hybrid learning combines a traditional GMP Fitness® book course with online learning. The advantage of a GMP Fitness® online hybrid course is that you get the benefit of both a traditional book course and online and downloadable materials. Our online hybrid courses blend the integration of books with either a course learning workbook, course book, or activities so that your learning experience is reinforced, complemented, and elaborated by one another.

So there is online content, plus you get a tangible book. You can review all online content or downloadable material first and then review the book.

3. Online Downloadable Course
There is Downloadable Course material and assignments.

For your convenience, all of our courses have lifetime access.

• Online and downloadable education allows you to complete the course anytime and anywhere you want – you just need internet access and basic computer knowledge.

• All of our online courses have lifetime / 24/7 access to complete your online program.
• We recommend that you use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge in place of other web browsers.
• After you purchase the course your order will be processed and you will be able to access you’re GMP Fitness® Course. If a download folder is not available please email info@gmpfitness.. You will receive a separate email from GMP Fitness® with information about signing in to www.gmpfitness.com, where you will be able to register and have access to the course.
• If you purchased a GMP Fitness® course from a partner your information will be sent to GMP Fitness®. You will receive a separate email from GMP Fitness® with information about signing in to www.gmpfitness.com, where you will be able to register and have access to the course.
• Content is provided in an online format and is accessed through a secure online website.
* Please Note: Nothing will be shipped to you (unless it is an Online with a Shipped Book Course – See Below).

Are the videos downloadable or streamed?
The videos within the lessons are streamed so all you need is an internet connection. You can watch on any device—anywhere and at any time. We recommend watching the videos on a computer or tablet as opposed to a smartphone. You can watch the videos as many times as you like and you go at your own pace.

I’m experiencing poor video quality. What’s the problem?
Our video streaming adjusts to your connection speed to avoid pauses, so if you experience poor quality it may be because your internet connection is too slow. Try reconnecting to your network or locating a different one to see if the difficulty is fixed.

The video player requirement is to have HTML 5. It is suggested to match your computer/device to these requirements for the best viewing experience. Most computers already have HTML5 (except for older computers).

If your computer/device does meet the requirements, at times it can help to completely close down your browser and re-launch it. Also, make sure that your computer/device is not running other programs simultaneously.

Can your videos be viewed on a Mac and PC?
Videos can be viewed on both the Mac and the PC.

To receive a CEC/CEU Certification Certificate you must successfully pass the final exam and email all required documents.
This Certificate is emailed to you.

How Do I Receive A Distinguished Verified Certification Certificate
Students who complete a Specialist Credential Certification have the option for the  GCAQ Achievement Recognition Package. This College, Career, and Life Readiness Achievement Package is GREAT for your PORTFOLIO! Go to the next tab for more information.

To receive this certificate, students must complete and email all required coursework and successfully pass the final exam, indicating mastery of a specific field area.

It’s a great way to highlight and showcase your achievements on your own. Plus you will be able to market yourself on your website and other social media.

Access to the GMP Fitness® Learning Platform when You haveordered from a partner website.
If you have ordered a course from a partner website – once we receive your information along with the program you ordered, we will enroll you in that specific program on the GMP Fitness® Learning Platform. Note: This may be two business days,

Learning Platform Access

Can I Transfer or Exchange any of the GMP Fitness® Courses?
There are no transfers or exchanges on any Courses/Certifications.

Is it safe to use my credit cards to purchase products?
Purchasing with a credit card on the GMP Fitness® website is 100% safe. All the credit information you give us is transmitted by secured and encrypted lines, so you don’t have to worry about any unauthorized access to your account.

Can I pay with a check?
You can pay by business check (not a personal check) or money order. Please email info@gmpfitness.com so we can send you an order form. Then simply fill out the information on the order form and mail that with your check or money order. Your purchase will be shipped 2-3 days after your order is received.

Refunds
Online Courses are non-refundable. Course materials are non-refundable. Course prices are subject to change without notice. For some circumstances, students may be issued a partial refund for Courses purchased through the website. All requests must be received within 24 hours of the order date.

Payment: Any payment that is returned (checks or check drafts, etc.) will be assessed a non-refundable $25 fee.
All costs and fees described in this agreement are in US dollars.

We ship the GMP Fitness® Courses via FedEx FOB NJ. Normally it takes 5-7 days depending on the location to receive your GMP Fitness® Course(s) after they are shipped. Canada and International shipments can take up to 20 business days.
