Put a stronger emphases on alignment and posture. I was certified by Exercise Science Alliance for Personal Trainer, Pilates and Aerobics. After 50 years, they decided to close their doors. I have been working at Ladies Workout Express and also for Carbon County doing strength training and aerobics.
